1.For Citizens who want to avail a service online needs to be get registered in this portal.
2.For Registration select the Citizen Role from the Home page of the Portal
3.Then from the SignIn page Select Create a New Account which will take you to the Registration Form
4.Fill the Necessary Information with Vallid mobile number as asked and click Register Button
5.After Clicking Register Button it will take you to the OTP Page, OTP will be sent to your Mobile Number
6.Give the Mobile Number in the OTP Page for Successful Registraion
7.Finally a User ID will be generated for your account
1.For Signup select the Citizen Role from the Home page of the Portal
2.Then from the SignIn page Given the UserId and Password with Captch as shown.
3.After Successful SignIn it will take your to the Home page of your Account
4.The List of Services can be availed online is displayed in the "Available services" Panel.
5.Select to the Appropriate Services you want to Avail through Supporting Documents
6.Before Apply you can view the Procedure to apply for a service by Clicking "Procedure to Apply" Icon
7.Also See the List of Documents need to be Submitted/uploaded for each service
