Incentive for Literacy

          In order to promote literacy among the girl children of the UT, an incentive of Rs 2000/= (Rupees Two Thousand only) will be paid to the girls entering the scheme at the age of 13 years for passing the 10th Standard Exams. This incentive will be applicable for the entire Andaman & Nicobar islands across all social groups
