Heavy Rainfall Warning

 

Port Blair, June 14, 2013:- Heavy rain may occur at isolated places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands during next 24 hours.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fisherman Warning

 

Under the influence of moderate to strong South West Monsoon current, strong Southwesterly to westerly wind speed exceeding 45 Kmph and generally rough seas likely along and off Andaman & Nicobar coast. Fishermen are advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea. The general public is advised to take precautionary measures and in case of any emergency contact in the following phone numbers of State Control Room, District Control Room and Emergency Operation Centres.

Power interruption

 

        It is for information of all concerned that there shall be interruption in power supply from Rangat Bay to Baratang in Baratang feeder on 15^th June, 2013 from 0700 hours to 1500 hours for carrying out urgent line shifting work at Bakultala area subject to weather condition.
