Heavy Rainfall Warning

 

Port Blair, June 15, 2013:- Heavy rain (07-12 cm) may occur at isolated places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands during next 48 hours.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fisherman Warning

 

        Under the influence of moderate to strong Southwest Monsoon current, strong Southwest to westerly wind speed exceeding 45 Kmph and generally rough seas likely along and off Andaman & Nicobar coast. Fishermen are advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea. The general public is advised to take precautionary measures and in case of any emergency contact in the following phone numbers of State Control Room, District Control Room and Emergency Operation Centres.
