LG sanctions relief

 

        The Lt Governor, Lt Gen (Retd) Bhopinder Singh, PVSM, AVSM has sanctioned fifty thousand rupees as ex-gratia relief from LG’s Relief Fund to Master Suman Das, aged 9 years, S/o Shri Laxman Das, R/o Diglipur for his treatment as he is suffering from Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (Blood Cancer) and has been referred to mainland for further management by the Medical Oncologist.

 

        Considering the poor financial condition of the applicant and based on the report of Deputy Commissioner (South Andaman) and Director (Health Services), the Lt. Governor has sanctioned the relief amount.
