Boy died due to tree fall

LG sanctions one lakh rupees relief

 

        The Lt Governor, Lt Gen (Retd) Bhopinder Singh, PVSM, AVSM has sanctioned one lakh rupees as ex-gratia relief from LG’s Relief Fund to the parents of 11 years old boy Anuz Dung Dung, S/o Shri Francis Jebiba, R/o Mananarghat, who died when a tree fell on him.

 

        The tragic incident happened on 21^st May 2013, when a massive tree near his residence fell on the tin roof of his house resulting in serious injuries to Anuz Dung Dung, who was immediately rushed to Wimberlygunj PHC and later referred to G. B. Pant hospital for special medical attention. The boy, however, succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital.
