Music concert on March 27

 

         The Department of Art & Culture, A&N Administration in collaboration with Doordarshan Kendra, Port Blair is organizing a music concert by island artistes on 27^th March 2015 at 6 p.m at the auditorium of Anthropological Survey of India, Middle Point, Port Blair. All the artistes will be presenting various forms of ‘Faag’ singing on the occasion. The current month of ‘Faagun’ celebrates the onset of spring and the festival of holi. During the month special songs called “Faag” is presented in various forms especially in folklores. The Department of art & culture invites all music lovers and artists to join us in ‘celebrating Faagun’ and enjoy the magic of ‘faag’.
